- Items without original packaging
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange services instead of refunds in most cases.
- Exchanges are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items
- Customers must provide clear proof (images or video) of the issue
- Exchange requests are subject to approval after verification
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued under exceptional circumstances:
- If the ordered product is out of stock after payment
- If a replacement is not available

- Record a video while opening the parcel
- Provide supporting images/videos as evidence
Claims without valid proof may not be entertained.

- Orders can only be canceled before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
